WE’RE RECRUITING
EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE

Mainstem is entering an extremely exciting new chapter. What was once a woefully under-capitalized and understaffed conservation craft malt brand is now launching into legitimacy. We’re raising money, building an industry-leading craft malt hub in Walla Walla, sowing the seeds for a future Alaskan malt supply, and growing an exceptional team to build on this most dynamic dream.

We’d like to have top picks identified for the following positions in December. The plan is to onboard as money comes in through March 2019, in anticipation for spring 2019 planting and our first in-house malting. If you’re interested in one of the positions below, or have a dream position in mind, please tell us more by sending a fresh cover letter & resume to phil@mainstemmalt.com. Thanks in advance for your time & energy.

Full time professional positions starting at $50k/year plus benefits. Part time professional positions starting at $25/hr. Employee stock incentives for all.
